For new players, we require that you fill out the following CYSA Form and write "Tryout" across the top (for insurance reasons). Download CYSA Form 1601

For parents of interested players that cannot attend, please contact the coach to arrange a different time for your son to be evaluated. All players will be there competing for spots. The coach will evaluate all players that attend and determine if they can be placed on the Green Team or the White Team.

Have your son wear shin guards and cleats, bring a soccer ball and water or a sports drink.
