Santa Clara Sporting ’93 Girls White Team mentor Santa Clara girls

The Santa Clara Sporting ’93 Girls White Team (led by Jim Goularte, John DeJesus and Cynthia Bates-Brown), and Matt Heintz (Santa Clara Sporting Coach & SCYSL U8 Age Group Coordinator) hosted about 50 Santa Clara Youth Soccer kids for a fun 3v3 event at Curtis Field on Sunday, October 25th.  Matt created a fun 3v3 series of games to encourage the development of more creative soccer skills and overall soccer enthusiasm.

Many thanks to the Sporting girls who devoted time to support the younger SCYSL U8 soccer players and serve as role models. You can see in the photos that everybody had a lot of fun!

Thanks again to Matt Heintz & his family, the Sporting ’93 Girls White Team, Cynthia Bates-Brown, Jim Goularte, Tracy Aguilar and all the volunteers and parents for making this event happen!
